A socialism so effective that Trump got owned.
Trump also just posted these photos to Truth Social, including the one with Mamdani standing next to a portrait of FDR. Trump mentioned Mamdani asked if he could have his picture taken there.

"It's an amazing portrait in the cabinet room," Trump said. "So he's a big fan of the New Deal, I guess..."

Put it in The Louvre of US political history. The look on Mamdani's face is priceless.

Trump posts:

“It was a Great Honor meeting Zohran Mamdani, the new Mayor of New York City!”

He included multiple photos of Mamdani in front of the portrait of FDR that Mamdani spoke with Trump about during his visit.

I'm a simple man. I want to live in an affordable walkable community where I work a fully remote technical PM role and occasionally go into an office maybe once or twice a month. And our economy to not be largely owned and operated by 5 companies squeezing every single penny and ounce of joy from us

In a way, I find the authoritarian takeover of our media system even more disturbing than the authoritarian takeover of our political system.

Our political system has been failing basically my entire adult life. But, the media system provided accountability and sort of worked. Now it’s collapsing.

Yeah, I'm never voting for Buttigieg even if he's the nominee. This is a bright line for me. You cave on trans issues and lend credence to bigots, it's over. I'm not letting the Dems go down the path of Labour.

If you’re feeling uneasy, it’s probably because we now know we live in a country built on the blackmail of a dead pedophile who is Too Big to Fail, so Congress has to go home for a couple of months to figure out how talk about it without defenestrating the president and collapsing the economy.

Chatbots — LLMs — do not know facts and are not designed to be able to accurately answer factual questions. They are designed to find and mimic patterns of words, probabilistically. When they’re “right” it’s because correct things are often written down, so those patterns are frequent. That’s all.

The New York Times covers trans issues the way Fox News covers ICE protests.

Both lead the country to believe there is a conflagration by highlighting a few fires over and over, while ignoring the fact that most people just want to live their lives without the government in their faces.

I’m a proud LGBTQ+ artist working in raku and traditional pottery — and I’d be so honored if you share my work.

This Pride, I’m reflecting on something personal: I never thought I’d make it to this age. But I did. And I’m still here. Creating. Grateful. Alive 💖
