To be clear observers have been getting arrested from the start. The feds have NOT filed many, if any charges, and those arrested observers are generally turned loose a few hours later. It’s scary but it’s also very much a bluff.

The only tool ICE has is force. They cannot penalize legal activity through the courts and their efforts to do so are destroying the DOJ.
This is unreal. An AUSA talking like that in open court is about as close as you can come to a total breakdown. Never heard of anything like it.
