In most engineered systems, simple beats complex. IC engines complex. Hybrids more complex. EVs simple. I’m lucky to have a non-Tesla one and love it.
This is true. Once you drive one for a while you start thinking, wait why *do* regular cars have all these tubes and gaskets and whatnot?
i’d say the real killer feature of EVs is basically the lack of real maintenance costs.
