Sixty Years Ago: John Lindsay was our Mamdani: Vietnam was our Trump . The limits of joy, the depths of despair. I was 14 and already I was being located.
Don't forget: Carney is a low IQ leader while Trump "aced" his IQ test with a "perfect" 100
Simple answer: GOP CONGRESS

If Hakeem the Dream whips the Dems (and they follow)
the bill is voted down 214-213. Profiles in Cowardice. People in 7 congressional districts ought to ask what they will do when ICE comes to visit them
Tom Suozzi represents the NY-3 district on northwestern Long Island.

If there's any mayor or town council member in Syosset or Great Neck or wherever who wants to make their move, this is the time.

Denounce this vote, promise you'd stand up to the goons, and you'd raise a million in a week.
FWIW:

Golden is retiring.

The filing deadline has passed in NC; Davis is the only Dem running.

The filing deadline has passed in TX; Gonzalez & Cuellar both have primary opponents.

Gillen has several Dem opponents as well, as does Perez.

If you want to primary Suozzi, you still have until 3/30.

Every accusation from these folks is a confession
Emmer: "The people you're seeing in these videos, the vast majority of them I do not believe are from Minnesota. These are organized chaos agents, paid agitators. The vast majority of Minnesotans that are talking to me appreciate that law enforcement has arrived, and they are happy they're there."

Turns out that incorrectly telling the American people that masked goons have absolute immunity to do whatever they want to them is not a particularly popular position.
Vance on Jan. 8: "You have a federal law enforcement official engaging in federal law enforcement action. That's a federal issue. That guy's protected by absolute immunity."

Vance today: "I didn't say that officers who engaged in wrongdoing would enjoy immunity. That's absurd."

I've been waiting for this.

Independent autopsy of Renee Good is in. It's strong evidence against Agent Ross, given what it means about the second or third shot through the left-side window.

It's the second and third shots that make the easiest criminal case of a willful killing.
Independent autopsy in ICE shooting death of Renee Good released by law firm in civil investigation
The results of an independent autopsy for Renee Good have been released as part of a law firm's civil investigation, two weeks after she was shot and killed by a federal agent in Minneapolis.
