Thank you. I'm not, but I'm trying to be, and I will be. I just wish I didn't have to keep repeating this cycle and hoping THIS time it'll finally stick. But I've had sustained periods of recovery in recent years so I am hopeful this is just a blip.

I did what you're supposed to and reached out to emergency MH services.
Gonna be under the Home Treatment Team for a while. But I'm still here and intend to remain that way. I'm just so fuckin tired of the clown rodeo of trying to stay mentally well in a deeply sick world.
