Today was emotionally rough, reality of being on the ward is setting in and if I wasn’t in hospital today would have been “the plan” so a lot of mixed feelings.
But friends have been rallying right from the first minute. Overwhelmed by love, support and community.

I think one understated thing that's super important here is seeing a politician who has actually had a real job (indeed various!) and hasn't just gone from PPE course into the pipeline to MP & landlord without ever actually existing in the real world that the rest of us live in 😍

On the one hand I did not have grippy sock vacation on my bingo card for this year but on the other it is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a sick society so if you think about it I might be the healthiest person in the world right now

I did what you're supposed to and reached out to emergency MH services.
Gonna be under the Home Treatment Team for a while. But I'm still here and intend to remain that way. I'm just so fuckin tired of the clown rodeo of trying to stay mentally well in a deeply sick world.
