Anonymously threatening a security researcher seems like a shooting-yourself-in-the-dick level bad decision. Kudos to Allison Nixon for not taking any shit.

Hackers made death threats against this security researcher. Big mistake.
Allison Nixon had helped arrest dozens of members of The Com — a loose affiliation of online groups responsible for violence and hacking campaigns. Then she became a target.

Civil rights leader Jesse Jackson has passed away at the age of 84. My thoughts are with his family.

I wanted to share this clip from his appearance on Sesame Street in 1971. His important words ring just as true today as they did back then.

Everybody’s talking about the destruction of consumer electronics and that’s bad, but basically everything in modern life has a computer in it. Hospitals, airports, transportation, shipping, medical devices, farm equipment, and point of sale terminals had a good run

Had a successful trip to mechanic yesterday two easily replaced seals might have fixed the diesel/oil leak. 1000km and I have to go back for a check. If it’s not the oil cooler seal deep in the engine could be smooth driving to 250,000kms. I want one of these medallions.

You just can’t make this stuff up. Russia using public messaging services for warfighting
1/ While the Russia army struggles with the impact of Telegram and Discord being throttled or blocked by the government, Ukraine has long used a highly sophisticated indigenously developed digital command and control system. Russian warbloggers have highlighted the contrast. ⬇️

Looking at that DOJ testimony to congress under oath with outright perjury and defiance on display from Patel & Bondi it’s clear that the US govt think that trump is their (mob) boss and not the people of the USA and the constitution. How can you say that the USA is operating under the rule of law.
