As someone who has lost over 200+ pounds, and exercises everyday and STILL NEEDS LEXAPRO to function, I’m going to hard disagree here.
My brain simply doesn’t function properly. This very bad take is why mental illness is so rampant.

I have used the encrypted communication app Signal a *lot* for years in work/life & I think many of us should use it even more, especially for work with sources & sensitive convos. Something to consider.
