Trump put a freeze on hiring air traffic controllers and, on Musk’s instruction, fired the FAA chief early without replacing him.

This should be the only thing Dems are saying today. They should all be out on media saying this.

If you wanted no leaks you should have gone into Settings -> Security -> Configure privacy & security -> Privacy options -> Other -> Configure -> Media interface and clicked “Disallow.”

The Leak setting is on by default but we understand your privacy is important so we’ve made it easy to opt out

It's almost like firing a bunch of people and issuing a hiring freeze is bad.
But DEI amirite? A woman or a person of color probably breathed too hard near the controller at some point during his life obviously causing this.

Mom 1: Does anyone have advice on how to get my 6yo son to pick up his toys? I’m so sick of his room being a disaster zone every day unless I clean it for him. TIA! Mom 2: Have you tried cleaning together? Mom 3: Put on a timer and make it a game! Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle: I’ll tell you exactly what to do. Simply stop cleaning his room. Let it get messier and messier. Pretty soon, he won’t even be able to get out of his room because of the mess. Mom 1: I like using natural consequences, but that seems like a hazard. I can’t have him trapped in his room. Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle: You can feed him by putting toast on a rake and lifting it up to his window. Put the hose on the rake for water. It’s fool-proof. Mom 1: That's insane. Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle: and just lmk when he’s trapped, I’ll bring a parade around your house just to really twist the knife. Mom 1: why do you know where I live Mom 1: Mamas, I need your help. My dd (5f) is the slowest eater I have ever met. She just picks at her food and has barely taken a bite by the time dinner is over. We’ve checked for allergies, and I don’t think it’s a sensory issue. I follow Kids Eat In Color, but nothing is working. I don’t want to ruin her relationship with food, but I need her to hurry up! Mom 2: Maybe she’s just a grazer, could you leave out fruits and cheese sticks and just not worry about meal times? Mom 3: Include her in the cooking! My 4yo and I cook together every night. Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle: Here’s what you do. Get yourself several smaller versions of all your plates and utensils, in increasingly small sizes. If you can't find any just lmk and you can have mine, I’ll leave them on the porch. Mom 1: small plates? Why? Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle: At first she’ll think it’s funny to have dainty little dishes, but eventually the malnutrition will become obvious. Mom 1: My daughter is perfectly on the growth curve, she is not malnourished. Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle: Not yet, but once you have her eating off a plate the size of a quarter and drinking milk by the thimble full she’ll become weak. So weak she won’t be able to play or lift her toothbrush. That’s when you swoop in and feed her a normal amount, and I promise you she will eat MUCH more quickly. Dm me for address, I put the plates on the porch in a Trader Joe's bag. Mom 1: Spam me with your best advice for getting a 1st grader to take a bath instead of fighting you on it every. single. night. Mom 2: Make it a fun thing! Add bath bombs or toys. Mom 3: Switch to showers. Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle: Buy some radish seeds. Mom 1: ??? Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle: What part is confusing you Mom 1: What do radish seeds have to do with taking a bath? Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle: After the child hasn't bathed for long enough to build up a nice thick bed of dirt on their skin, just pop the seeds in there when they’re asleep. Once the radishes start to sprout, the child will be freaked out and will beg to take a bath. Works every time. Mom 1: You’ve actually done this before on your own children?? Did CPS show up at your door??? Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle: No, I don’t have children. Mom 1: How do you teach a boy table manners? My 7yo is so rude at the table we can’t take him anywhere. He eats with his hands, doesn’t cover his cough, chews with his mouth open. It’s disgusting tbh. All advice welcome! Mom 2: Have you sat him down and explained the expectations? Mom 3: We use a sticker chart. Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle: You need to shame your son. Show him someone he looks down on being better behaved. Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle: I’m omw over rn with my magic well-mannered pig.

The U.S. Senate has confirmed the nomination of Pete Hegseth to serve as Secretary of Defense.

The vote was 50–50, with Senator Susan Collins, Senator Lisa Murkowski, and Senator Mitch McConnell voting against Hegseth from the Republican side.

VP JD Vance cast the tie-breaking vote.

Ok currently reading "murder at Westminster" by Magda Alexander. This is the 2nd book in the series. Very fun very lighthearted. Our young protagonist is just home from finishing school in1923 but not empty headed and is dying to experience life. In the genre I'll give it a 7/10. #book #review
