Today, RBNZ will create $2m out of thin air and pay it as interest to private banks that hold deposits (reserve balances) at RBNZ. Paying interest on reserves is part of how RBNZ keeps overnight / short-term interest rates above OCR (2.25%). Tomorrow, they'll do the same. And, then the next day etc.

Fed’l judges still doing their jobs. And the point here is important-gov’t lawyers have a duty of candor to the courts. Concealing flaws in your argument violates that duty.
