Patrick Andrew Hamburg, 46, a Customs and Border Protection officer from International Falls, MN, was sentenced on Aug 16, 2011 to 7 and a half years in prison for sexually assaulting a preteen girl over a period of several years. Hamburg moved to Montana after his release from prison.

One thing that irks me: people keep calling the folks on the streets in Minneapolis protestors. They are not generally there to protest, they are there to observe and document. This is the product of organizing and mutual aid. It is telling that these acts of citizenship are seen as protest!

Thinking further, if Google can take your money to seem to get you the best deal while also making sure they get more from offering you a higher price, then they will. Gathering tons of data on your buying habits makes that situation easier for them.
Even if they "work for you", it may be more profitable for Google to make sure you pay more.
