If reports are right, there might be a veto-proof majority in the House, and if that happens, the pressure on Senate Republicans to provide a similar majority will become nigh-on irresistible. I do expect That Man to go to court immediately once the legislation passes. It's pretty much all he has.

My expectation is that Todd Blanche is currently the subject of a multi pronged ethics investigation that is likely to lead to bar disciplinary action. He conduct here violates multiple provisions of the Code of Professional Responsibility, but it is likely not sufficient for disbarment.
