Nighttime street scene in Portland’s Montavilla neighborhood during heavy rain. The image is dim and grainy, with bright headlight glare and wet reflections. Portland’s wet season is long enough that the normal annual precipitation is about 44 inches, with much of it falling from late fall through spring.
