I know it's frivolous, but I'd much rather be decking the halls than working. There's just that sticky problem in that my bills still need to be paid. So inconvenient.

The piano tuner is here, and I can hear him tinkling away at Chopin and Beethoven and Mozart while I work, and I never want him to leave.

There is a man in the house tuning the piano. Because the Staffie is always "OMG A PERSON I SHALL NEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE", she and her Labrador brother are locked out of the house, but have free access to me in my office. Apparently this is Not Acceptable, and she is sitting next to me, squeaking.

I would very much like the kind of windfall that would allow me the financial freedom to spend my days breakfasting with friends and pottering around the house. I don't feel this is a lot to ask for.
