I would unironically love to interview this cop. On one hand, it's gotta be upsetting (probably defamatory) to be compared to Australia's preeminent nazi. On the other, he was standing by while his co-workers beat up peaceful protesters. Where do we think this lands on the balance of probabilities?

To me it really raises the question of what these purpose these "centre-left" parties serve in the west - if you judge them by their actions, it seems like they only exist to hold power while more hardline capitalist elements bide their time to further entrench their dominance.
Labor's opposition is eating itself and the best it can offer on housing reform is a change to the CGT benefit. A once-in-a-generation shake up in the country's political order and Labor is continuing to chase the small target strategy. Embarrassing.
