They just tear-gassed us. They tried to run us over in a van holding a peaceful protester. They shot us with pepper balls. They dragged another protester into the facility.

Well, I had a crappy event Thursday in the wee hours. I left my bicycle locked outside to a bollard. It was stolen. I normally only leave it there during the day but I feel asleep and forgot.
And double sad, it's not insured because I would not pay the huge fee for lower deductible.

I was given 12 L of free oat milk. So... what do I do with it? Well so that I actually get a proper load of fibre and protein...
I poured it on my oats with fruit.....
That way, I actually get the nutrition I want from the oats I normally eat. Still, I generally prefer powdered milk rehydrated.
