Some pieces of comedy never get old or stale. This is one of them. I watch it every week or so, and it always makes me roar. youtu.be/MR2sfT9gHz4?...

Have to start spending all your money on the real powerhouses of the British economy: gambling, WarHammer, and OnlyFans.
It's effectively impossible to boycott US companies because they own so many British brands. You'd have to stop buying Cadburys, Walkers Crisps, HP sauce.... or shopping at Gails or Waterstones etc etc...

Just saw a clip on TikTok of Mary Trump talking about how everything her uncle does is an unconscious and futile effort to fill the gaping void inside him that has been created by the fact that he has never truly been loved by anyone. It proper cheered me up.

Surely someone has pitched Blue Dawn, a movie where plucky European teenagers form a resistance cell against a brutal American invasion.

Seeing Games Workshop double down on female Custodians is heartening and also offers ample opportunity to watch the internet's worst howling, crying manbabies wet themselves in abject fear and horror.

I'm afraid I must respectfully disagree with Mekon-headed Nazi spod Stephen Miller. So far there is nothing to indicate that Starfleet Academy would be improved by putting it in the hands of a 94 year old actor with minimal showrunning experience.

Long time followers will be interested to hear that my large first born son is now actually taller than me, a 13 year old who is knocking on 6'1" in height.

This is the least important thing about anything, but I really dislike how Future Star Trek uniforms are mostly grey. It just looks like the awful costumes they used for half of the Babylon 5 Crusade spin off.

I heard protesters in Minnesota are dropping banana peels on the ground in the hope ICE agents slip on them, slide, and fall into broom cupboards where a bucket falls on their heads.

My cat: [wanders into the kitchen near the time he usually gets fed]

Me: And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,

My cat: please stop

Me: Slouches towards the kitchen to be fed?

My cat: I swear to god I just want food. Please.

I know it doesn't need saying but to point out the obvious just for my own sanity, Jim Kirk would beat Stephen Miller into a quivering, oleaginous pulp.

"Warhammer 40k is what happens when the laws of physics are replaced by heavy metal music." - wish I could find the author of the quote.

It shall always remain a valid argument in any discussion trying to make sense of it, especially those brought up by allegorists and metaphorians.

It's only one poll, polling is wonky in Wales anyway, we're years from a general election, there's all these factors in play, etc. etc. etc. AND YET that there's even a hint of Labour losing every single seat in what was, until Starmer, the most Labour country on Planet Earth is absolutely crazy.

there's a brilliant In The Loop style movie to be made about foreign spies going increasingly mental at a UK council planning department
I like the idea that the Chinese super-embassy (and let's be honest, like all embassies - Espionage Hub) is going to have it's future decided, not by some government committee, but a council planning officer in Tower Hamlets
