Our team had a wonderful visit to the newly re-opened Frindsbury Circus Gardens. These gardens are one of the oldest parks in the City of London, but have been closed for the last 10 years for the construction of the new Elizabeth Line.

This is how daises spread in the lawn. 9 little plants from one centre. I've not seen that before. No wonder I've got lots 🙄 - and lots of clover, but the bees enjoy that, so that's ok. 🌱 No chemicals used here. 🌸🐝

It seems to be a good year for Clematis. This one's in full flower and enjoying the sunshine. I did plant it next to a pale pink one, but I think that ones given up. 🤔🩷💜

Without fertiliser & weedkiller, & frequent mowing, exquisite is possible. This bee orchid is one of more than a dozen presently dotting my parents’ front lawn, steadily increasing from one plant that appeared 17 years ago. The only population in the postcode.
