No I'd never had a year without any before. It seemed really strange (nice not having to rake up piles of them tho 😄). It will probably go the other way this year and there'll be thousands. Oh well, take care.

I'm expecting lots to drop in my garden, as I didn't have any last year - it was very strange. Yes some years there's a glut and other years not. Like on fruit trees.

I haven't been able to do much for the last 5yrs ie splitting plants, moving them, planting more, cos of long covid - but I'm picking up a bit and have managed to do some tidying.
