100%. Black women athletes in particular get much more scrutiny because they don't conform to white femininity.

people don't realize how hard it is to make documentaries. it's not just about reading straight off wikipedia. you have to remember not to read the stuff like [4] and [who?]. one time i ended my video by narrating "privacy policy, about wikipedia, disclaimers, contact wikipedia." REALLY embarrassing

Part of why healthy people aren't afraid to get sick is- they think if they do develop long-term issues, they'll be able to go & get treated by doctors who will work day and night to fix them (as it was on House, M.D.) & don't realize there's a 99% chance they'll be told they just have anxiety
