Gee, who could've foreseen that. Except everyone.
“When Brexit passed, the economic impact was initially minimal. But a decade later, the UK is estimated to have lost 6 to 8 per cent of GDP relative to its pre-Brexit trajectory. Structural damage reveals itself slowly, and always too late to be reversed.” giftarticle.ft.com/giftarticle/...

Today, Facebook permanently banned the account of fellow author and Star Trek tie-in scribe Ilsa J. Bick because its automated censor detected no-no words in her otherwise normal post about the murder of Renee Good. Be aware that the fascist machines are working overtime to suppress free speech.

thank you for the amazing 9/10 review! 🩷

“And, in the spirit of Trek, Janeway…endangers her crew to save as many as possible.

That is what Star Trek is about. You don’t have to agree with her actions, but if you truly call yourself a Trekkie (or Trekker), you understand and appreciate it.”

"Hold your fucking dogs back" needs to become an anti-ICE slogan.

It goes so hard.
I think it is probably a bad idea to put clearly unhinged, angry psychopaths in federal law enforcement positions.

Road builders in Brazil dismantle ancient coastal middens in the 1940s-'50s. Random bones and artifacts sent to local museum, boxes stored for decades without being studied. Now, researchers finally look and discover oldest-known whale harpoons, pointing to Indigenous open-sea whaling 5000 yrs ago!
In a new study, researchers from @uab.cat claim people have been whaling for almost 5,000 years – and that the earliest evidence comes from the warm coastal waters of Brazil, not the Arctic. www.science.org/content/arti... @science.org

before murdering renee good, the ice goon was frightened for his life, we’re told

It’s meant to justify the murder

nobody telling us this ever seems to wonder whether the woman who was murdered might have been afraid for her life

killing because you’re afraid is only for cops, it seems

Incredible how easily scared these Alpha Male dudebro fascists are.

Did you fear for your life, yeah? Do you want your Mommy? Well, there's a six-year-old boy who just lost his Mommy, and he will remember your name, Jonathan.
Exclusive: I obtained testimony from the Dec. trial where Jonathan Ross, the ICE officer who killed Renee Good in Minneapolis, describes an incident in June where he smashed a car window, is dragged 100 yards, and tased a Guatemalan man 10 times.

"I feared for my life," he said.
ICE officer who killed Minneapolis woman said he 'feared for his life' while arresting another driver last year
In courtroom testimony obtained by MS NOW, Jonathan Ross said he was dragged more than 100 yards by car during a traffic stop.

My sense is that European leaders are at different stages of grief over the loss of the transatlantic relationship. Has Steinmeier now reached acceptance? This is quite the statement to make in public. Entirely correct though.
GERMAN PRESIDENT STEINMEIER:

“.. the United States has broken with the values that it helped to establish ..

“.. we have now moved beyond the stage where we can lament the lack of respect for international law or the erosion of the international order; we are far beyond that, I believe.”
