New for @propublica.org: Drug-testing cutoff levels (the amount that triggers a "positive" result) vary from lab to lab. Kaitlin tested "positive" for Codeine at a hospital in New Jersey, but she would have tested "negative" if she were in the military. www.propublica.org/article/drug...
