Yeah, but a bullfighter retired. And he had a hat! Are they supposed to move *that* to page 2 just because there’s evidence the president is trying to cover up his sex crime(s)? Please!
Mandatory comparison. Note, it was a choice to not include a four column wide photo of Trump looking like shit in his only press appearance yesterday when he refused to answer questions about Epstein.

That should be the first question, not the last.

Also the second and third and so on until God finally notices and tells her to quit lying.
As Karoline Leavitt concludes her press briefing and walks off, @andrewfeinberg.com asks: "What was the president doing with Virginia Giuffre for hours at Epstein's house?"

She did not respond.

The Epstein floodgates are about to open.

NYT is now reporting that the White House is trying to convince Republicans not to vote for the discharge petition, most recently meeting with Boebert.

They’re also pressuring Mace.

Trump “knew of [Epstein’s] conduct”? What about his own? What does NYT think Trump was doing during the hours he spent with “one of Epstein’s victims,” interrogating her about Epstein and taking careful notes?
"House Democrats on Wednesday released emails in which Jeffrey Epstein wrote that President Trump had “spent hours at my house” with one of Epstein’s victims, among other messages that suggested that the convicted sex offender believed Mr. Trump knew more about his abuse than he has acknowledged."

JFC. Clause in the bill retroactively makes alleged Biden DOJ acts illegal and lets GOP senators sue. Article notes that “the [Trump] DOJ could decide to settle the lawsuits”—gosh, I wonder what it will decide to do?

Could not be more corrupt.

I did not realize that (1) he pardoned 77 people but (2) NONE of those people are facing federal charges, so these pardons have no effect (except as propaganda).
Trump pardoned his former lawyers, Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, and numerous other allies who supported his 2020 election subversion efforts. The pardons appear to be symbolic, given that none of those pardoned faced federal charges.

Note: Trump’s Georgia co-defendants are charged under state law. The president can’t pardon people for state crimes.
