if any artist I admire would not politely brush me off at best, or punch me straight in the face at worst, then I would not trust them

Who is an artist you admire who you suspect would not like you if they met you personally?

how is this guy simultaneously completely fucking insane and a more honorable opponent than any republican in national office
I do not think he should be mayor, but this is so much healthier of an approach to take toward a democratic election than anything we are hearing from Andrew Cuomo. Cuomo is going to leave NYC the moment he loses. Sliwa seems to truly want to stay in this great city.

It is deeply, tragically funny to watch people who sort of invented a meme struggle to cash in on it for the rest of their lives. Here's the guy who says he invented the term "torture porn" still trying to reproduce the magic by adding "porn" to other terms. Note the asterisk that ends the article.
