My so-called "centrist" parents have gone off on why Mamdani winning the election is bad, and basically it's Islamophobia: They think Mamdani is going to impose Sharia law and turn New York into a Muslim Theocracy (He isn't.)
So I guess the idea of a CHRISTIAN theocracy is ok to them?!
