Thrilled to see so many tabletop gaming folks joining Bluesky!
I'm Katrina, and I've been working in TTRPGs and board games since 2013! Most of my time has been full-time at Fantasy Flight Games and Asmodee, but I've also freelanced for Cubicle 7 and written tie-in fiction for Aconyte Books.

* a 99.9% typo-free 32-page adventure would have 20 typos.
* that’s a typo every 1.5 pages.
* reducing that would delay every book a significant amount.

The truth about editing TTRPGs is that even the best books by the most experienced designers/developers contain way more errors than you think. Not because the creators are bad at their jobs—it just reflects the truly immense complexity of our books. To catch all those takes a huge amount of work!

One of my favorite things about US health insurance is how my husband and I don't have overlapping enrollment periods from our employers, AND his rates aren't even locked in yet, so it makes it really easy to figure out whose insurance to add the kiddo to. /s
