1/ If Justice Barrett thinks we need to go back to what the Founding Fathers intended, I’ve got news for her. Their biggest concern was avoiding tyranny. So they created 3 branches of gov’t & divvied up the power the people (that’s us) were allowing the gov’t to use to create order for all of us.

The National Urban League and two other non-profits have sued the Trump administration, alleging its anti-DEI executive orders, particularly as they relate to recipients of federal funds, amount to unconstitutional viewpoint discrimination.

Attn legal experts: desperately seeking interpretation as to whether/how this ruling affects other EOs, incl but not limited to anti-DEI and the gov't directives to nonprofit grantees to halt "any DEI programs being funded" under those grants. And this ruling only applies to the plaintiff states?
