I regularly see people wondering how it's possible that there are so many musicians and writers and film makers and artists from a tiny nation like Iceland.
And the answer is really simple: State funding for art education and artists. I literally get a salary from the government to write books.

What I love about making an album is that there's things that turn out best if you do them super methodically, and things that turn out best if you do them purely based on vibes. So it tickles both the spreadsheet-loving autistic part of my brain, and the spiritual and creative part of my brain.

Also played a 2 grand Gibson Les Paul and honestly I prefer my €300 Epiphone. I don't get the hype. Only thing that was better was the pickups and you can just replace those.
