There's some really bad shit happening and it really fucking sucks! I do believe things will get better eventually because a lot of people are working very hard on helping things get better, but boy does it suck along the way

I was super bummed about all my hair continuing to fall out so I cut it super short again and I feel less miserable about it. If you can't have the situation you actually want (my hair back, in this case), there's often an acceptable alternative that is possible. Good reminder.

I wonder if I move and talk like a person who's used to YouTube or Twitch when I'm recorded on video, because when I see videos of people who are used to being on TikTok, there is a specific way they move their hands and a cadence to their speaking that is consistent and immediately recognizable
