Hey, there’s really something to this idea. Trump can pardon them for federal crimes and there may be tough jurisdictional issues with prosecuting them under state law, but afaik **nothing** forbids a state from treating ICE employment 2025-2028 just as if you were a sex offender
They should have to register and they shouldn't be allowed within a hundred feet of a school.
ICE agents would be disqualified from working in California law enforcement and inside the public school system under a new bill introduced in the Legislature this week.

Today’s retreat is absolutely an attempt to take pressure off of Congress to rein in ICE so that a funding package can get through.

ICE took the flower man in Echo Park 40 minutes ago. He’s at this corner every day. I’ve bought flowers from the man and woman here for anniversaries and birthdays. Lemmy loves to smell them whenever we walk by in the mornings. I was just at the street corner 15 minutes before it happened. Fuck.
