I have a fear of disturbing any hedgehogs using the hogboxes by checking on them, but when discovered napping in my house, they just burrow down more deeply into their shopping bags or whatever instead of running off. They sometimes even growl/hiss when I pry them out for relocation at bedtime

For those who donated to establish hogitats in my garden, I’m pleased to confirm that one of them is now hogcupied!!! Not a great pic as I didn’t want to disturb the hog too much, but if you look closely, you can see spines under the straw. Thank you for helping hedgehogs make it through the winter
