this is also why people who refuse to vaccinate their dogs for rabies should not be permitted to have dogs
Ok so apparently not everyone read Their Eyes Were Watching God or watched Old Yeller and it’s not a given that this is known, but:
Kids, rabies is 100% fatal. If you get bitten by an unknown dog, you have to get a rabies vaccine asap.

It's not you! Selfie cameras usually have a wide angle and distort faces to make closer features (like noses) more prominent. Take a picture in a mirror at about 2x and not too close up and you'll see a difference.
