I think we need to reclaim Christmas. The one holiday a year we have that is supposed to encourage charity, community, and kindness, and we just let these vapid hateful people who make this time of year miserable just take it over? Fuck that.

Nothing could have prepared me for covering what happened with AI in 2025, but I had to do it anyway. For the end of the year, I tried to make sense of it all—from MAGA slop to "ChatGPT psychosis," the billions circulating in what might be a bubble and Elon Musk's Grok going full "MechaHitler."
