Doctors there found he had encephalopathy, rhabdomyolysis and the inability to eat on his own.
What happened to him in ICE custody to cause this?

A lot of the brutal tactics we’re seeing used by ICE and the other Trump thugs are simply the same old tactics we’ve seen from too many police for too many years. False reports, false charges, outright fraud, all to justify brutal suppression of constitutionally-protected protest.
