Nice to see some fresh and audacious new ideas of things that have never been tried before, this must be the 'change' voters voted for
He added that the admin. is going to spend $100-200M on an ad campaign "saying how bad drugs are".

"One of the things we're going to do is we're going to do an advertising campaign, they're working on it right now, and that's saying how bad drugs are for you."
