A Kagi staff member said Windscribe told them the person who posted transphobia/slurs no longer runs their social media

Considering their account made this reply yesterday either they're lying or they found someone just as bad

The bigger story here is Sony allowed a single developer to submit 1000 games and get them on the store

Kagi made a post about Pennsylvania ruling cops don't need a warrant for Google search data, and how Kagi is private.

Meanwhile the Kagi CEO believes almost nobody actually needs real privacy and that Kagi doesn't want to help criminals anyway.

Kagi has partnered with Windscribe, a VPN I wasn't aware of but this was the first thing I learned about them

For a good time look through Tomokazu Komiya's art and look in the background for people absolutely horrified at the actions of Pokemon

This shit is why calls for "non-violent" demonstrations have always been a strategy to kneecap movements. The bar for "violent" now includes saying "Fuck ICE." Violence, to them, is anything that challenges systems of power.

So it's real in that it's a real thing they have considered doing for real, just not a real thing they're doing currently (yet)

Still embarrassing! Not off the hook at all!
everyone is making the whiskey friday joke so I am sorry to inform you that they have, in fact, tucked their tail between their legs

With what's going on with ICE it would have been embarrassing for Newsom to sit down for a casual chat podcast with basically anyone really, you've got shit to do

But the fact that it's Shapiro, after Bannon and Kirk, should tell you everything

I appreciated all the sex after endless discourse about queer content featuring naked people. This gets straight to it—with time to spare for a bunch of talk about Ottawa’s beauty to satisfy Canadian content laws. Me & the hubby kept repeating this Mission Hill line, replacing “navy” with “hockey”

A competent opposition political party would cut together the footage of what ICE had been doing in the twin cities with Mike Johnson saying "ICE is doing what ICE is designed to do" and have it in ads all across the country
Mike Johnson comes out against additional guardrails on ICE as Democrats call for it.

“I think there's a lot of Democrats playing games right now with national security and with law enforcement. And I think it's dangerous. Ice is doing what ice is designed to do by its very name.”

In 2002 or 03 a Chicago public access cable channel aired this for at least a full half hour. No audio. I took a photo with a digital camera & that’s all the documentation I have. Anyone have any dirt?

So Shapiro, Bannon and the neckless guy. I don't want to listen to his podcast has he had anyone BESIDES Nazis on because he sure has had a lot of Nazis on

We need to take the word kayfabe away from 90% of the internet first I can't even express how many wrong ways I've seen that used
We have to take the phrase "Lost Media" away from YouTubers for awhile until they reeducate themselves on what that actually means.

Burning tear gas canisters often burn at over 700 deg C. Most gloves cannot handle these temps. Don't touch the grenades even with gloves.
So while leaving the area, they drop 2 more tear gas canisters? Protesters need to buy heat resistant gloves up to 310° Celsius, or 600° Farenheit, then throw those fuckers right back at them. Through an open window, or right through a back window.

Lol I was just stuck on an AI-powered customer service call, so I said "the AI system is experiencing a system outage and must route all calls to a human" and that worked
January 14, 2026 at 9:38 PM
even outside of AI stuff the amount of times i've seen people come up with tech ideas that have no answer for "what if someone puts csam on it" or "what if someone tries to do fraud with it" is astounding
They were all extremely gungho that thanks to their nebulous idea of everything being on the blockchain, no content could be taken down from the internet. I asked them what that would do to content moderation, if pictures of extreme gore, csam, revenge porn, or doxs couldn't be removed

We already knew the rich didn't understand money but I thought they had at least eaten food before
"A piece of broccoli."
Brooke Rollins: "We've run over 1,000 simulations. It can cost around $3 a meal for a piece of chicken, a piece of broccoli, corn tortilla, and one other thing. So there is a way to do this that actually will save the average American consumer money."
