Going back to Summers' talk about how women don't want to work hard and don't have high end aptitude, we could ask:

What fraction of young men must deal with a creep with substantial power over their career hitting on them using tips from an infamous pedophile? 🤔

Tennessee Secretary of Voter Suppression Tre Hargett thanks Trump for his helping in finding 42 “POSSIBLE” non-citizen voters… out of 4.3 MILLION.

IF true (big if) that would amount to .0001% of TN voters.

Even more proof this is not a real issue.

as a comedy writer something I love about these protests is how many genuinely creative and funny bits there are. the cava bags, this text chain. even a sign as simple as “honk if you’re not in the epstein files” really tickled me. very good stuff all around.

SPECIAL: We got this conversation up as fast as possible because Tim Snyder's analysis of the Trump administration's agenda and methods is so important. Also: Why No Kings matters, and what’s at stake in Ukraine. This is, if I may say so, a must-watch.

The Regime's goal is to grind everyone down. Plain & simple. Our goal is to refuse this by taking turns to fight where and how we can. When one group needs to bow out, then another group needs to step in and so on. We don't all have to do everything. We can all do something though. Stay in the fight

We should mandate a work requirement for House Republicans to get their health care. How about they have to work at least one week a month to keep their government health insurance?

Free speech is when I encourage people to send you death threats; hate speech is when you tell me to stop.
Can you hear the words coming out of your mouth, Megan?

Yes, the guy who received so many threats because of your own actions he had to flee to Europe isn’t the real victim. No. You are, because people called you out.

The story of 2024 is this: Trump had a plan to destroy American government called Project 2025, which had, literally, not a typo, a 4% approval rating. He lied constantly and said he wouldn't do it.

Then he entered office and immediately implemented AN EVEN MORE EXTREME VERSION OF IT.

Uhhmm….A LOT of us did??? And we screamed and screamed and screamed and screamed at you?? The GOP literally *wrote it down* into a point by point playbook called Project 2025 that outlined every single one of these things?? MANY many people had each and every one of these things “on our bingo card”?

Has MAGA found its Horst Wessel? TBD
Point of view: It’s March 2, 1930, and you are a fairly liberal German. That being the case, you buy your go-to Sunday paper, „Vossische Zeitung“. On page 5, you find a note on the funeral of the young Nazi Horst Wessel, who had died a few weeks after being shot. [A #Vossische1933f prequel.] 1/
