Nov. 12, 1925: The California Board of Health issues some pointers for those who would like to live to 100. Eat vegetables and fruit, avoid sugars and meats, drink plenty of water, wash your hands before eating, exercise, and turn off your radio by 10 p.m. to get plenty of sleep.

Now that the UK and Colombia have taken similar steps to cut off intelligence sharing with the US (at least re possible drug smuggling in the Caribbean), I wonder two things. 1) Will other countries follow suit. 2) Will such measures inhibit US strikes on boats or just make them more indiscriminate?
