Federal worker: My district went for Trump both in 2016 and 2024, and a lot of my friends supported him. But they didn't vote for the parks to close, health care costs to skyrocket, veterans to lose care, and for tens of thousands of federal employees to be at risk of losing their jobs.

DOJ has sued 8 states for refusing to turn over their full, unreacted voter files. My team has now filed motions to defend those states against this attack on federalism in 6 of those states: ME, MI, MN, NH, OR and PA.

But Hegseth had until today to spend his DoD budget before the new fiscal year, so what better way to spend it but by wasting it.
Pete Hegseth’s stunt of calling in all the generals is a pure waste—of time, money, & dignity. It’s theater, not leadership. Real solutions don’t come from showy displays of power but from honest governance & service to the people.
