Word slinger. Aspiring eccentric. Libraries. Bikes > cars.
I will not believe there was a storyboard/concept for that HHS video. They just told someone to get a camera and they’d wing it for a couple hours. (Harf harf, Yeah bruh!) Unserious waste of taxpayer money, mantra of this whole admin.

"You can go about your day or head to church on Sundays, safe in the knowledge that your tax dollars are being well spent housing previously hardworking people whom government officials have chosen to label 'criminals'.”
Turns out not every community in America wants a patriotic detention facility, which is weird, because they’re really cool and not at all the physical manifestation of a barbaric federal effort to racist-ly reshape the demographic makeup of America.

Hello, I'm from the government, and I'd like to see what it's going to take to get your community into one of our new immigrant detention facilities!

"parents said their daughters were offered little support — and were told that if they were uncomfortable, they could go to quiet rooms or leave classes early to avoid crossing paths with boys involved in the incidents." www.inquirer.com/education/ra...
Radnor and Council Rock students made AI deepfakes of classmates. Parents say the schools failed to protect their daughters.
As students create and share so-called deepfakes of classmates, schools say they have no role in criminal investigations, and are limited in their ability to police students off campus.

The NYTimes often doesn't quote Trump at all, instead reframing his words with a summary falsely suggesting coherent thought, in contrast to the gibberish he actually said. They also don't mention how he routinely mumbles and slurs even prepared remarks, like here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Zsd...
Have you ever once seen the New York Times quote Trump like this?

I see no reason not to look at the online gambling and prediction market craze as a new opioids crisis.

It will wreak havoc on lower-income Americans and leave a trail of destruction and despair in its wake.

Let me just note, in this thread about how cities are neat places to live, that as a white kid growing up in a very white suburb, “Sesame Street” did that for me.

It was my intro to subways, people being multilingual, corner stores, trash pickup, multiracial neighborhoods, you name it.

just a fucking weird statement on it's face but also highlights how filthy rich and completely out of touch trump's whole cabinet is. a private boat for a family vacation? stopping by a billionaire's island for lunch? nannies, plural?? the epstein class, indeed.
VAN HOLLEN: Did you in fact make the visit to Epstein's private island?

LUTNICK: I did have lunch w/ him as I was on a boat going across on a family vacation. My wife was with me as were my 4 children and nannies. We had lunch on the island. That's true. For an hour. We left with all of my children
