An occasional series of what my Garmin watch is saying after my #HeartBypass.
Started wearing it again about 2 weeks after the op. The watch is basically going “Dude! WTF?”
I need more rest and seem permanently stressed? Ya think? My resting heart rate is higher. Really?

It was the oil shock that caused 1970's inflation, but it was the monetarist reaction to it that caused unemployment. Exogenous causes, over which we had no control were behind oil price rises, but the fiscal reaction which we did have control of was crucial ingredient to create the stagflation mix

So, Delinquent Boy went for a walk, but took the TV remote with him, then from outside played music at maximum volume while Mrs J and I were both in Teams calls.
He might be too old to believe in Santa but he is getting a visit from Knecht Ruprecht this Christmas.

There's no point in ever compromising with fascists. Because they'll never stick to their word and will always want more. I've always felt that Johnson and Farage put self-interest over the national interest - hence their dallying with Putin and his oligarchs. But directly colluding with a foreign government to take down the BBC feels like an act of supreme treachery

Caught two minutes of the BBC stuff on the news and feel sick at the idea of this pillar falling. Farage and the other cunts chomping at the bit will take the NHS next and we'll be sat listening to Third Reich FM hoping our minor injury infections take us sooner than later.
