I really cannot imagine going to all the trouble of getting elected to the Senate only to get there and decide not to stand up for healthcare, or democracy, or people’s ability to afford their lives. If those things aren’t worth fighting for, then truly what is?

I don’t have a whole lot of advice for people younger than me but the earlier in life you stop worrying about what other people will think and just wholeheartedly enjoy the stuff you like the happier you’ll be
One thing people kind of tell you, but not really, about middle age:

One day you'll be like "oh [thing] looks fun but people will think I'm a loser" about a thing

And then you'll say. Wait a second.

It isn't using its sources, it's fabricating them - often outright making up citation, making up facts, etc. Because it isn't trained to produce an accurate answer, just an answer that looks human produced. If you want actual, reliable sources here are a few:

We are in the midst of an all-out attempt to exclude the global majority from science. Watson was clear about where he fell on that. I would trade every single dinner, meeting, seminar, fancy campus, and prestigious donor for my incredible friends to be safer. Their science is worth far more.

Move today to the first in our recent sequence and while the aggregate results are the same it’s all smiles.

We were four minutes from perfection for this stretch and just couldn’t finish it out.

The last event is the most disappointing so that’s what we each feel acutely.

But: it’s all good.

So it turns out... the US air travel system was incredibly, deeply dependent on federal funding to just run day-to-day all this time, to the benefit of private airline shareholders, when everyone thinks that state-run trains are leeching off the government. Weird!
