Six of the top 10 are either in a kinetic conflict or threatening one, with each other or a neighbour. Or they’re under blanket sanctions. Or both.

Yet oil is at ~$60 a barrel.

Today is the 30th Anniversary of the Quebec referendum, when we came within a hair’s breadth of losing a great country.
