We had an agreed upon plan, House took immense risk, then Senate turned around midway and destroyed it w/ a fear-based, inexplicable abdication.

I get most of my digital manga from Shonen Jump and Azuki (ack, gotta re-subscribe..!!). One thing I would raise except that it is _very_ YMMV-- it depends on your library-- is Hoopla, which has a ton of Dark Horse and a grab-bag of other miscellaneous manga to check out.
