I've been admiring Alex Kotsky's work on Apartment 3-G lately. I'm guessing he was a big influence on Steve Rude.

It's so good. Apparently Doug Wildey inked the first 11 pages. It's gorgeous and Toth layers meaning into his panel composition.
Love to see Alex Toth swinging for the fences.

This cover, whilst awesome, does confuse me.
Teen Titans no. 40 (Aug 1972) cover by Nick Cardy. “Can you guess… Who is the Titans’ former friend who turns out to be their worst enemy?” 🤔 Lives and breathes underwater, wears swimming trunks… A real head-scratcher. Lovely cover by Cardy, and the first 20 cent issue.

In 1946, cartoonist & illustrator Noel Sickles was sent by Life magazine to sketch the Nuremberg trials. Here is his sketch of the execution of Joachim Von Ribbentrop, who claimed at trial that his boss had made all of the important decisions, & that he was only following orders.

Had an idea for a series of small square Stramash drawings called either Square Slice or Square Go. Went with a simple one today due to lack of time ideally they would all be a linked narrative but we’ll see
