Yeah agree about that Forest game. It was truly horrible.

This error message on the #saintsfc app says it all really

I think we need a manager with a longer name. These 4-6 letter managers don't seem to be working.

Jones, Selles, Martin, Juric, Rusk, Still, ?? #saintsfc

I persuade myself that there's a great team in there somewhere and they just need not do the obviously crap things and settle, and then they keep doing the obviously crap things.... Then I remember how long I have been thinking that 😵‍💫 (Sorry to intrude on your zen vibe) 😐

One of mine was called Hilda, for reasons I don't recall. But I am old enough that it was print only.

A couple of injuries and two of them are banned following a red card. I think they could have called up a couple of the U18s though

I am not surprised. Supreme frustration just from looking at my phone while away on holiday, so can only imagine the feeling of those who paid to witness it.

Spoilers! But I do love this a lot

New archive of independent music magazines, from RILM. I just love that there's a spreadsheet that lists all the editors. Hats of to editors, independent music, and curated archives.

There's been some panic about PubMed again, since a notice on the website warned it could be out of date because of the US government shutdown. Shutdown is dreadful, in so many ways. But that notice doesn't mean PubMed has been de-funded, or that it's not being maintained. The notice is the same as the one displayed during a shutdown in 2018.

Agree. It's decision making and judgement, not button pushing.
We, editors, don't "count votes", and yes, we may make decisions that differ from your recommendation. And that doesn't mean we "are wrong".
