The public colleges of New York, Texas, and California are great engines of social mobility in America. They move many born in the lower 20% of income to the top 20%.

We didn’t find ⬇️ in 30d ED use/readmissions, but you correctly point out other potential benefits - finding 💊 errors, service coordination, symptom trajectory, etc - and that there likely are populations that would benefit from sustained or intensive contact post 🏥
