Their cruelty is the point. It is designed to sow chaos and make us feel small and powerless. We are infinite and our power is sacred. Ours is the work of generations. We carry the DNA of ancestors who inspire strength across time and memory. We will not stop. We will never stop.

As I go further in my career and pick up more non-clinical responsibilities, this scares the hell out of me.

Putting up the 🎄 today, and I see 13 take a 📸 of me. Thought she was capturing a memory - her good ol dad putting up the decorations.

Nope - she just noticed that my nose is so big that when I turned a certain way, the morning light shining through made it glow like Rudolph.

Well played, child.

We're all prone to temporal self-discontinuity - a sense that our past or future self is someone else.

-We're mad that past self stayed up late and now we are tired
-Now self skips the gym hoping that future self will take care of it

Give your(past/present/future)self grace. It's all the same you.
