A normal reaction to today's news, dear Nancy, would be to express shock and horror at the significant possibility that the president of the United States is a child molester.

after the Epstein Discharge Petition is signed by 218 reps, it still gets debated to become a bill that is also debated before a vote. If passed sends it to the Senate for a similar process before going to the trump for a signature

The first and last lines of Joni Ernst’s legacy as a human on earth will be that she was instrumental in the confirmation of the Sec of Defense most hostile to women serving in military, and she knew that when she voted for him.

Clark: So what are we doing here today? You have already voted to dismantle medicaid, the largest health care program in America. A program that covers 40% of all births in this country. 40% of children in this country. 40% of disabled people in this country.

This is inside baseball, but to me, there are three ways in which this development *bears out* Justice Jackson's unusual intervention Friday night—about which there was much confusion.

First, this makes it clear that a majority of the Court was *not* going to force the USDA to fund SNAP by Friday.
#BREAKING: Over a public dissent from Justice Jackson, #SCOTUS *extends* the temporary pause of the district court’s order that had mandated full SNAP payments for November—keeping that ruling (and those payments) on hold through the end of the day this Thursday:

Karoline Leavitt does almost daily press briefings. There should be equal and opposite briefings from Democrat spokespeople to counter her lies. God knows there would be plenty of material to counter.

I wrote a little piece about why @ksvesq.bsky.social and I started the newsletter back in November 2022; how it's evolved since then (umm, a lot!); and our plans for the future.

Even if you don't already subscribe, I hope you'll check it out!

It’s as old as time. Trump supporters NEVER blame Trump for anything. It’s always someone else’s fault. His staff, his advisors, the media…when Trump does something stupid and/or wrong, it’s never his fault. Trump supporters treat him like a poor, helpless idiot.
