Omega Yeast is now requiring breweries to sign licensing and royalty agreements to use their engineered yeasts. Brewers on Reddit are posting how they’ll just prop up the affected yeasts. With accounts that are traceable if not to the brewery, at least to the region.

Season 14’s “The Beer Story” is one of the greatest fictional depictions of craft beer and brewing and culture I’ve ever seen. Hank’s rant against juicy IPAs is fucking SPECTACULAR. Love this show.
