This why we got to go back to meeting and relating to people in proximity. I won’t go deep into my opinion because it’s unpopular, but if you have several masters degrees, you should not be frequently meeting motherfuckers who can’t read beyond a 2nd grade level.

I've been watching older scripted copaganda (I'm only up to the 70s) and encouraging faith in forensics is definitely a staple of the genre
I talk about this a LOT with my students in my History of Murder class, including to establish skepticism of the tech forensics being sold to police departments with bloated budgets (shot blocker and facial recognition come to mind), new generation but it’s basically phrenology. Remember too…
Reminder that years ago it was found out that the FBI straight up made up a whole bunch of fake forensic sciences, plural. People have gone to jail and been executed due to literally pseudoscience.

I agree with this. Most people who heard “mass deportation” implicitly added “of criminals and recent migrants” to the phrase, something which the Trump campaign itself supported through surrogates like Tom Homan who even during the transition was talking about how the focus would be on “criminals.”
